Clothing leftovers can be saved and donated to BCIA's Clothing Swap taking place on August 8-9. Clothing can be dropped off at the Community Building July 31-August 1.

ELECTRIC METERS ARE READ EVERY MONTH, ELECTRIC BILLING IS ACTUAL USAGE NOT ESTIMATES.

Utility bills are due on the 20th of every month. If not paid in full, resident will be assessed a 10% late fee and sent a 14-day shut-off notice. To avoid termination of electrical service, payment must be received before shut-off date. Re-connection fee is $150 in case of disconnection for non-payment. Electric service will NOT be reconnected immediately; Bloomdale's electric provider will have to be scheduled for reconnection.
